  Q 1: Loop recording is set. but it only records randomly for 10 seconds with a longer interval. then stops and restarts the recording.
  A 1: We recommend turning off motion detection (recording for 10 seconds) while driving and dashcam recording to ensure seamless video recording.
   
  Q 2: The SD card is full but cannot be overwritten?
  A 2: Are there many video files starting with LOC? Locked and cannot be overwritten. please adjust the sensitivity of the G-sensor.

  1. If you think the 30s screen saver is too long. please leave a message for us to update.
  2. Please format the Micro SD card on the dashcam before recording. we recommend using SANDISK brand Class 10. 16GB-32GB micro SD card (32GB SD card not included).
  3. Please do not splicing the rear camera cable by yourself to extend it. it will cause no image of the rear camera in the display. we have a 23ft rear camera extension cable sold separately.
  4. Since the driving recorder uses a built-in battery with a small internal battery capacity. in order to save important files in the event of a traffic accident. it is necessary to plug in the car charger when recording.
  5. We recommend not to turn on the motion detection function while driving. this function may cause intermittent recording.
