  • -Installation tips:   In order to prevent the rear camera from being turned upside down. Whenever the rear camera is installed on the license plate or on the rear windshield. please confirm the line is overhead. Please refer to the guide picture.
  • -Warm Tips:
  • 1- Please use our original car charger in the package. Because other car charger may affect the touch sensibility.
  • 2- The battery of the cam is only for emergency file back up. Need to plug into the car charger during driving (its internal battery is small capacity). If you want to achieve 24-hour parking monitor.we need plug the car charger when recording.
  • 3- NO SD card is included in the package. We recommend a Brand Class 10 or above. our mirror dash cam support MAX 128GB Micro SD Card( Read/write speed is above 20MB/s).
  • 4- Please use SD card less than 128 GB.class 10.format before recording.(Not Included).

  • Common Problem:
    1 Q:Front camera and the rear camera recorded at the same time?
    A: Just insert the rear camera. the picture is normally displayed. the front camera and the rear camera will automatically record. in the video playback. click to view the front camera recorded video. click to the right to see the rear camera recording Video. unplug the memory card into the computer through the card reader can also view the recorded file. the recording files of the front and rear cameras are divided into two folders for easy viewing.
  • 2. Q: Adjusting the vertical field of view of front camera and rear camera does not affect the recorded video file?
    A: Both the front and rear cameras support sliding up and down to adjust the vertical field of view. which is easy to reverse or view in real time. but does not affect the vertical field of recorded video (recorded video is the entire vertical field). the display can only see a limited vertical field due to the size of the display.
  • 3. Why no audio from camera?
    Please check the FM Transmitter option. Audio will play from camera if option is OFF. If the FM Transmitter option is ON. you need to use your car’s radio to receive the preset FM channel in the FM settings. and play the device’s audio through your car’s audio system.
    
    
    4. When the car is turned on. why can’t it turn on automatically? / Why keep shutting down and restarting?
    Please use our original car charger cable. otherwise. some problems may occur.
