To use it as a rearview camera you would need to cut the green looped wire. To appear in the parking guidelines. cut the white looped wire.

Note:
After cutting either the white or green wire for your configuration. you need to ground one side of the cut wire for the camera to convert. One side will give you a blank image and one side will give you your converted camera. Just tie one side of your cut wire to the black ground/earth wire and power it up.
