Within 30 days after purchase. non-human damage can be replaced; more than 30 days after purchase to the second year (only repair. no refund. no replacement). if the E1500LFP needs to be repaired. we will bear the shipping cost and the repair cost; from the third year after purchase. if the E1500LFP needs to be repaired. the customer will bear the round-trip shipping cost. and we will bear the repair cost. and if it is the failure of the inverter or the battery pack. the customer will bear the cost.
